Since 1989, Rudolf Nipius has lived and worked in Spain for three and a half years. As a result, he masters the Spanish language both spoken and written. This greatly facilitates close collaboration with wine producers at all levels.

After completing the vinology program at the Wine Academy in 2001, he was soon asked to teach there himself due to his knowledge and dedication. Since 2003, Rudolf has been affiliated with the Wine Academy, where he teaches the course on Spanish wines.

In 2003, Rudolf Nipius had over 15 years of international experience in various roles within the worlds of tobacco, dairy, coffee, and wine. Through close collaboration with producers and the passion they showed for their work, he became increasingly inspired and engaged with these natural products. He has gone through the entire process of creating the final product hundreds of times - from leaf to cigar, from bean to espresso, from grape to wine. His full attention was always on the quality of the final product and, just as importantly, its presentation. He then launched his own agency, Nipius Latin Wines, specializing in wines from Spain and South America.

My focus is not only on the refinement and perfection of the final product, but also on the way it is presented, because the experience is at least as important as the taste itself.
